A few days ago our founder Alisa Zotimova, has participated in the “2018: The New London Plan” – a property networking forum organised by Movers & Shakers. The speakers included:
The main topic of the discussion was the strategic plan, which, after a consultation open to all London residents, was proposed to retain London’s position as a global city.
The report talks about the housing supply, which is planned to be increased to more than 66,000 homes per annum for the next 10 years. It also recognises the importance of ‘Central Activity Zones’ fundamental to growing London’s economy. The plan is in place on 525 pages, but “is it realistic?” was the question we think most of the participants asked themselves, following the panel discussion.
Thank you, Four Communications for inviting, it was very informative and a top quality audience, which included Head and Chairman of all of Berkeley Group – Tony Pidgely asking provocative, but honest questions.
